transparent-flowers:

A pair of flowers known as: Sabi stars, kudus, mock azaleas, impala lilies, and desert roses. Adenium obesum.
Don’t get these confused with it’s sister: Adenium multiflorum, as those flowers are covered with a toxic latex infused with alkaloids—which are used as arrow poison and fish-stunning poison. However, the latex also contains cardiac glycosides, which are used in drugs in the treatment of congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmia. LOVELY!~
